The apartments are on the 2 floor of a new high-rise building in a quiet residential area. Only in a five minute walk from the metro station "Osokorky", that means 20 minutes ride on underground to the city center and major touristic attractions.
Booking and accommodation
Check in: 14:00 - 22:00
Check out: 8:00 - 11:00
Reservation: an advance payment for one night stay will confirm you reservation
Cancellation: advance will be returned in full if you notify about your cancellation within 7 days before arrival date.
You will receive a 50% down payment if you notify cancellations up to 3 days before arrival date. Advance will not be refunded if you notify about cancellation 1 day prior to arrival
Accommodation charge shall be made on the first day for the whole period of residence
You should have personal identity document (passport, driving license, etc.) for rent an apartment. Information from the document is confidential and will be kept a secret.
The apartments are nonsmoking
Transfer from airport or railways station is available upon request.
